TERMS OF PURCHASE AND REFUND POLICY
LegendMoves.com, Vibrant Momentum FZCO and all subsidiaries under the umbrella (hereinafter referred to as “Company”, the “Companies”, “We”, “Us” or “Our”) stand behind our products and your satisfaction is very important to us. All purchases made from us (including all related website properties, sales over the phone, live event, virtual event or on-site purchases) are covered by the following policies.
Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your visit to our website and any purchases made on our website.
No Guarantee of Results. We do not guarantee any specific outcomes as a result of using our products or services, nor do we offer legal advice. Entrepreneurship and investing are ventures that inherently involve risk and require hard work. It is crucial to consult with professional advisors in your decision-making process. Testimonials or examples of our success, or that of our students, should not be interpreted as a promise or guarantee of your expected results.
Please be aware that the application fee is non-refundable, regardless of the outcome. Additionally, applicants with a criminal record may not be accepted into our programs or services. In such instances, the application fee remains non-refundable. Our policies are designed to maintain the integrity and quality of our services, ensuring all participants have the potential to achieve success within the legal and ethical frameworks of their respective fields.
CONSULTING SERVICES REFUND POLICY
We do not offer refunds on our consulting services.
Upon engaging with our services, clients will receive the full extent of support and guidance for the duration specified in the service agreement you entered into. If you encounter any issues or have concerns about the consulting services provided, please contact our Customer Support Department immediately so we can address and resolve the issue.
If you have enrolled in a subscription-based service (yearly renewals), you may cancel your subscription by contacting our Customer Support Department. There are no refunds for consulting services, regardless of the extent to which the service was utilized during the subscription period.
All sales of consulting services are considered final. We do not offer refunds once our consulting services have commenced, as we cannot retract the time and expertise already allocated to you.
ALL BUILD OUT FEES AND SET UP FEES ARE NONREFUNDABLE AS THEY ARE SERVICES RENDERED TO CREATE YOUR ACCOUNT.
By signing the Agreement, you agree to all Terms of Use and this Terms of Purchase and Refund Policy including that you agree to not file a chargeback for any services rendered.
Purchase of a Company services does not grant rights to the buyer to share, reproduce or resell the product in any way.
